The Homestead at Rochester is pleased to offer wellness monitoring services within the apartments through the WellAWARE System, one of the most researched and clinically validated applications to be offered in personal health monitoring.  WellAWARE provides unobtrusive, highly accurate wellness monitoring, without cameras or microphones, that enables caregivers to monitor aspects of the health status of residents.

Using monitoring sensors installed within your apartment home, information about your activity is processed and delivered to a secure, confidential website that is accessed by the health services staff. WellAWARE evaluates and reports daily on your overall status and generates alerts for any potentially dangerous situation, such as a fall. The system enables staff to be pro-active in support of your health, minimizing complications from undetected conditions.
